When we first meet, we help clients implement their estate planning goals through such vehicles as revocable and irrevocable living trusts, pour-over wills, advanced health care directives, and durable powers of attorney. In addition, we assist new and existing clients with review and amendments to their existing estate plans. When the time comes, we guide clients through the process of trust administration or probate when a family loses a loved one.
We understand the complex and emotional issues associated with each aspect of Estate Planning, thus we strongly believe in a professional and understanding approach to each client’s needs. We work with the client to ensure that they comprehend the entirety of the process and the vehicles used to achieve desired results.
